1. Use of the App

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

2. In-Game Progress and Virtual Items

• XP, level progress, and unlocked themes are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
• These items are stored locally or via authorized cloud services and cannot be transferred or sold.
• We are not responsible for loss of progress due to app deletion or device failure.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Intereferes with the operation of the App or other users' enjoyment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to graphics, puzzles, code, and trademarks, is the property of Shikaku and its creators (De Groot Studio).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, De Groot Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
